I'd been extremely self aware of the poor condition of the skin around my eyelids over the years but remained extremely nervous about surgery. I was very happy with the minute I walked through the door on the day of my consultation, Adam had went through everything possible with me leaving me with no questions to be asked he covered that much . The day of my surgery I’m sure it was Kimberly she was amazing with me so chatty and smiley and when I mentioned I was nervous she reassured me everything was going to be okay , I felt so so comfortable and in very safe hands . When I woke up I was offered food tea / coffee and giving fluids . I really couldn’t fault or have a bad word to say what so ever on my experience . Kimberly was beyond amazing, she totally calmed my nerves prior and then helped so much post op by making me comfortable, getting my medicine to control the pain, made me the best cup of tea ever and then she even got me dressed as well as chatting away to distract me from the pain until the medicine got into my system. 10/10 she was an angel! My surgeon calm my nerves before hand, he was so kind and has done better than I ever imagined!! I cannot thank him enough!!

The team were lovely with me from the very beginning. The reception staff were very informative and the nurses and the anaesthetist were helpful and very reassuring throughout my procedure at the beginning from what I can remember as I was asleep very fast. Upon wakening the nurse was fantastic and did not leave my side and made sure I was comfortable and assisted me with a cuppa tea and a snack. she was very friendly and helpful with assisting me to the toilet as well as reassuring me with any concerns. My surgeon Vivek was very informative from my consultation I had questions written down that I didn’t need to use as he covered everything within the time. On surgery day he was very professional and friendly and each member of staff that had assisted me within my procedure came to check in on me after I was awake which I found very person centred! I will defo be using Elainc in the future.

I am amazed how advanced Elanic clinic is, I had my surgery and got home on the same day. I actually walked out after my Tummy tuck. My pain was minimum, I was back at work 9 days later. The work of this surgeon is remarkable. My scar is so low sits where my originalc-section scar was. My belly button is centred and positioned perfectly. I went abroad fir other surgeries but I am so glad I have found my clinic just in my home town. The care and expertise from the whole team is outstanding.

I was really nervous before my consultation to the point I felt sick. Within 5mins of sitting down my anxiety disappeared. I had a lovely experience from start to finish and I can’t say how lovely the nurses were with me after particularly when I wasn’t feeling to great! The fire alarm had also went off whilst I was feeling faint the lovely nurse Kimberly reassured me and really made me feel at ease, she also explained in great detail the medication we had been giving and side affects as well as after care.

I had complete faith in my surgeon as he was recommended to me by friends who had procedures with him at Elanic. When I met him I felt at ease, he was warm, friendly and answered all my questions. I never once felt that I was under any pressure to book the surgery and I booked my surgery that same day.

This was my second procedure with Vivek and I felt completely at ease and comfortable. Everything from start to finish was explained thoroughly and everyone makes you feel so welcome and safe! Would recommend to anyone and everyone - Elanic!!

I have seen other doctors in the past about a breast reduction but Dr Gilmour was the only one to take measurements and discuss my surgical options totally bespoke to me and my body. While I did find the initial discussion upsetting due to the risks of the surgery that was not Dr Gilmour’s fault as he did his job wonderfully. I would like to come back to the clinic in the future when I am ready for surgery. I could not recommend the service enough and the time and care taken by all the staff.

I first looked into surgery around 7 years ago and was extremely put off by another clinic/surgeon, a friend suggested Elanic after visiting for mole removal. From the first telephone call I felt instantly at ease and positive about the whole experience. I met with Vivek for my initial consultation, he was very friendly and informative, he answered all questions and concerns and I knew he was the surgeon for me! I booked my surgery the very following day! On the day everything ran smoothly, the nursing staff and everyone in the theatre were so lovely, although I was super nervous they helped put me at ease! The aftercare (specifically my appointments with my nurse Tracey) was amazing, felt in such safe hands the whole way through the process. I'm so happy with my results, Vivek has done an amazing job and I can't thank him and all the team enough for helping me finally be confident in my own body!

He also supported any operational questions such as travel and finance, and again exceeded the service of competitors. The surgeon and consultation was fabulous, and Dr. Shearer was personable and answered all questions. I didn't feel rushed, and it was a significant different from my previous private healthcare appointments with other companies. Mandy was super personable. I was feeling pretty low but Mandy really gave a personal touch and encouraged and supported me. I am so pleased to have her as my coordinator. She is the embodiment of your goals to achieve confidence and self esteem within clients, and I will definitely return to her for future treatments. I had previously spoken to 2 other clinics and whilst nothing was wrong their service wasn't exceptional. Even though their quotes were 2k cheaper, they didn't offer the service or reassurance that Elanic did. I have also previously been to a number of private clinics and had really poor experiences, so Elanic has really exceeded my expectations so far and I looking forward to my procedure and coming back in the future! Was really pleased overall with my treatment from Elanic, I was a bit sceptical at first to be honest because of how cheap my treatment was compared to other places but the clinic was immaculate, the receptionists were lovely and the nurse Ashleigh who done my treatment made me feel so much at ease, kept me informed of all the side efects that were possible and told me to call back to the clinic if I had any concerns after treatment. I had lip fillers done 4 days ago and already the swelling has gone down and the bruising is fading. This will be my new go to place so I’ll definitely be back.

Having this procedure has been years in the planning for me. Elanic have been wonderful throughout.. Right from the initial consultation, procedure day & after care. The nurses were on hand when I needed them. It's a huge relief to have this procedure behind me now & amazed at the results. Vivek was always honest in terms of what he could/couldn't do, due to the amount of scarring on my stomach. He's fixed me, not just physically, but, mentally. I'm now a very comfortable size 14 & probably not far off a 12.. So, to finished.. Im delighted.. A huge thank you to all involved in looking after me.

The best thing I have EVER done. For years I went back and forth in my head about breast augmentation and worrying it would affect my dancing professionally and my fitness - I was so wrong. After 2 months I was back competing and doing what I loved. I would honestly do the whole experience again because of how amazing it has been, especially now that my confidence has been completely boosted which I never thought would be. I was soo worried about the surgery but it was very fast and efficient and everybody involved was so lovely and friendly. Didn’t realise how badly I needed the surgery until I seen the before and after photos. Makes my life so much easier with running around after my child and majorly reduced my anxiety. Super happy!

I liked the fact that when i told mr Hussey i had a wedding the week after the procedure, he advised me to wait until after the Wedding because of the swelling and bruising, this i thought was really good of him and also i was quite nervous but he made me feel at ease and explained everything to me about the procedure making my experience more pleasant and i now know when i go back next month i will not be as nervous
